BLINKLEARNING is an innovative company, whose main business area is the management and development of technological solutions applied to education. The company is made up of a young and dynamic team, who are highly qualified and have extensive experience in the sector.

From the outset, we have always believed in the philosophy of continuous improvement and in order to establish our company as a benchmark within the sector, BLINKLEARNING's management has implemented an information security management system based on the requirements of the ISO/IEC 27001 standard.
 
The guidelines of this policy can be summarised under the following basic principles and goals:
 
  • Human team: BLINKLEARNING's greatest value is in its human team, which is responsible for making our clients understand the keys to our philosophy, based on trust, closeness, seriousness and commitment. We also have a responsible human capital that is aware of technological developments and the associated risks, and which is in continuous training in order to be at the forefront of information security.
     
  • Customer satisfaction: Our clients are our raison d'être, which is why we not only seek to satisfy their needs and requirements, but we also try to anticipate their expectations by providing a quality service at very competitive prices, with the best available and reliable technology in the sector.
     
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the information security management system is one of our goals, to ensure that we are always adapting to the demands of an increasingly competitive market and the constant evolution of our environment.
     

  • Commitment to Information Security and Privacy: We operate an Information Security management system that complies with the requirements of ISO 27001, harbouring a commitment to comply with applicable requirements in the areas of information security, personal data protection, privacy and continuous improvement in this area. To this end, we have annual improvement goals and implemented controls focused on guaranteeing confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, we analyse and control our associated risks, proposing the necessary treatment plans to minimise these risks, and we implement the necessary controls to guarantee information security at all levels within our organisation.


In view of these guidelines, the management team remains firmly committed to its philosophy of a joint effort, working together to achieve these goals, so that this policy is understood, implemented and kept up to date at all levels of the organisation.
